REWARDS POLICY

1. Program Overview

Our Rewards Program is designed to reward our loyal & frequent customers. By participating, members can earn points through various actions and redeem them for discounts.

By signing up for our Rewards Program, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

 2. Eligibility

The Rewards Program is free to join and is open anyone with a registered account on our website www.westwool.com

Points can not be used for our partner sites, subsidiaries or collaborators. 

Customers must create an account on our website to start earning and redeeming points.

Only one Rewards account is allowed per person. Points cannot be transferred or combined across multiple accounts.

3. Earning Points

You can earn points through various activities, including purchases and engagement with our brand. Below is a breakdown of how points are earned:

Purchases

  • Earn 5 points per €1 spent on eligible items (excluding shipping).
  • On a discounted item, points will be earned on the discounted price, not the original value of the item. 

Bonus Activities

  • Earn 200 points when you join the rewards scheme
  • Social Media Engagement: Earn 50 points when you follow us on Instagram.

4. Redeeming Points

Your accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Here’s how redemption works:

  • 250 points = €2.50
  • 500 points = €5.00
  • 750 points = €10.00
  • 1500 points = €15.00
  • 2000 points = €20.00

Redemption Rules

  • Points can only be redeemed on product purchases and cannot be applied to shipping fees or taxes.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  • Points cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
  • Discounts using points cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds & Order Adjustments

If an order is cancelled or refunded, any points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.

If a partial refund is issued, points will be adjusted accordingly. 

6 Fraud, Abuse, & Program Changes

  • West Wool reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Rewards account suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of program policies.
  • Fraudulent activities include (but are not limited to): creating multiple accounts to earn extra points, placing duplicate orders in order to use points, abuse of the referral system, if applicable. 
  • We reserve the right to modify the Rewards Program, including point values, redemption options, and benefits, at any time without prior notice.

7. General Terms

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Points are non-transferable between members.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points.
  • Your rewards data is stored in accordance with our Privacy policy which you can find here

8. Opting out the Rewards Program

When you create an account with us you automatically start earning points but if you'd rather not be included in our loyalty programme please send us a message and we'll make sure you're removed.
